Best Programs for Lightweight Image Editing

Photo or image editing is not just a professional job anymore. Millions of people take photos and want to make them just a little better. You shouldn’t have to use a heavy weight application such as Photoshop, every time you want to do some brightness or tone adjusting. Fortunately, there exist a number of alternatives that are less taxing on your device and that don’t expect you to be a technical ninja. Easy to use but the program is the best for lightweight image editing.

All the applications mentioned above free and they are much simpler than Photoshop and they do the job well. However, if you are a professional and need to create complex effects, Photoshop is still the best tool. However, you need to know that Photoshop is not the only game in town. Always use the right tool for the job you want to accomplish. If you don’t have heavy needs, try one of the above applications.
